I have been coming to NLC FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, and it is always so welcoming. This is first year I've been to the Hinsdale location. It is just as nice as the Downers Grove location. Hana is very skilled at her profession and the NLC technique of Lymph drainage massage. My first time in 3-4 years ago, I took a series with Sharon (the owner). Last few series however I've had Hana and she is just wonderful, not only does she give the best massage , but she educates you on things you can be doing at home to ward off swelling, inflammation, pain. The breathing techniques she taught me are a game changer. But not only that ,Hana seems to know during the massage when to talk, if you want to talk, just as well on pure relaxing silence. Hana gives you a feel of ease. Thank you Hana and Jane( for scheduling for this last series of 5. Until the next time- Mary J P.S. This place is a FIND. My 80-year old father booked an appointment with Sharon for lymphatic drainage and in only three treatments, she's changed his life. He didn't realize how stagnant he was until she "cleaned house" for him. Sharon is a true healer--extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner that instantly puts you at ease. I ended up booking three sessions for myself and I truly feel more alive and less stagnant as a result. My digestion has improved, sleep was better and I have an overall sense that things are moving again in my lymphatic system, which is paramount to good overall health. This isn't just a "spa" massage--it's a treatment--and yet you will leave feeling blissed out and so much better than when you arrived. Note: We booked in both their Downers Grove and Hinsdale offices and both are easy to find and access. I'd give NLC and Sharon a 10/10 recommendation if I could.

POST EXPLANT + AUTOIMMUNE I wish everyone could find Sharon she’s truly amazing. I came to her post breast implant removal. It had been recommended to go and get a series post op in order to help swelling and pain. My first visit I was still so sore and very swollen especially in my chest and abdomen. I had already been dealing with a host of gut issues related to autoimmune issues so post surgery my digestion was not doing well. Sharron took such good care of me especially that first appointment I was really struggling. Still very sore and overall feeling unwell. I couldn’t believe when I left my pain went from a 6 to 0. The swelling in my stomach was GONE and in the days following I continued to heal faster then I had been and the swelling contained to be minimal. She suggested I try and come 2 times a week and that was what I aimed for. Each time feeling better and better and I know without a doubt it has helped me turn a corner in my healing. Each session I had more mobility and my digestive system started to improve which is always very difficult post op. These massages have hands down been the biggest factor in me recovering so quickly post op. It is so worth the investment to have a series of these done after any surgery. I am telling everyone to go to see her and plan to continue to go regularly in order to support my body and reduce inflammation due to autoimmune issues. A huge bonus is the atmosphere and energy Sharon brings. You go in feeling completely taken care of. Everything is clean and calming and all the extras she adds into the massage makes it a whole relaxing and healing experience.
